قبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق "مهمتي"، فإنك (أو ولي الأمر نيابة عن الطفل) توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
وصف الخدمة
يقدّم التطبيق محتوى تعليميًا مصنّفًا حسب الصف الدراسي (مناهج، دروس، اختبارات، وألعاب تعليمية)، مع تتبّع لتقدّم الطفل الدراسي.
الحسابات
- يتم إنشاء الحساب برقم الهاتف والتحقق عبر رمز OTP.
- يتحمّل ولي الأمر مسؤولية دقة البيانات المُدخلة وسرية الوصول إلى الحساب.
- يُمنع استخدام الحساب لغير الغرض التعليمي المخصص له.
الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
بعض المستويات والمحتوى المتقدّم قد يتطلّب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا يُدار من خلال متجر Google Play أو App Store (عبر RevenueCat)، ويتجدّد تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤه من إعدادات المتجر قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية. راجع سياسة الاسترجاع لمزيد من التفاصيل.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام التطبيق بأي شكل يضر بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين آخرين، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به لأنظمتنا.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات التعليمية والتصميمات داخل التطبيق مملوكة لـ "مهمتي" أو مرخّصة لها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها دون إذن.
إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو"، دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.
إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Muhimaty app, you (or the parent/guardian acting on the child's behalf) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
The app provides grade-organized educational content — curriculum, lessons, quizzes and learning games — along with progress tracking for the child.
Accounts
- Accounts are created with a phone number, verified via an OTP code.
- The parent/guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for keeping access to the account secure.
- The account may not be used for any purpose other than its intended educational use.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some levels/advanced content may require a paid subscription managed through Google Play or the App Store (via RevenueCat), which auto-renews unless cancelled from the store settings before the current period ends. See the Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the app in a way that harms the service or other users, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual Property
All educational content and designs within the app are owned by or licensed to Muhimaty and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
